Australian Business Award
The Australian Business Award for Service Excellence recognises organisations that deliver outstanding customer service and demonstrate the core values of business excellence, product excellence, corporate responsibility, sustainability and commercial success in their respective industries. The ABA’s utilise a rigorous and dynamic framework to ensure that the assessment process is pertinent, objective, free of bias or influence.
The Australian Customer Service Awards has been designed to recognise, encourage and reward exceptional businesses for their excellent treatment of, and positive attitude towards, their customers. The objectives are to recognise the service levels from which service excellence can be measured, encourage companies to raise their standard of customer service, and reward companies that provide exceptional customer service.
The CSIA International Customer Service Standard (ICSS) is an Approved Standard of the International Standards Accreditation Board (ISAB), and has been developed as both an acknowledgement of progress made to date by some organisations in relation to standards of service excellence, and as a benchmark for others to pursue. This standard has established benchmarks for service excellence that will withstand the rigours of international competition and scrutiny.
